Use this solé solution as an electrolyte supplement in any drink.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 C pure water
- 1/4 C Coarse Ground Himalayan Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass jar. (solé solution will stay in this container)
2. Solution will reach maximum saturation and leave salt at the bottom of the container.
3. Add more water and salt as necessary.
We recommend using 1/4 tsp for every 16 fl oz.
