Cashew Chocolate Spread

High Performance Blender
Nut mill or Coffee Grinder
Enjoy this silky smooth chocolate nut spread made with organic cacao powder and coconut sugar on bread, fruit or straight out of the jar!


  • 2 Cups cashews
  • 1 Tablespoon ECO Ecuador Cacao Powder
  • 1 Cup ECO Coconut Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate, unsweetened, melted


  1. Add all ingredients into a high performance blender.

  2. Begin blending on low and increase and decrease speed while pushing down the ingredients.

  3. Once smooth, pour into jars or container of choice.

  4. Spread freely!
