Carob Cashew Shake

Smoothies and shakes are a great way to incorporate a number of super foods into one ultimate meal! This breakfast treat is a powerhouse of protein, healthy fats, calcium and potassium. Carob is traditionally used as a health conscious chocolate substitute due to its subtly sweet flavor and rich vitamin and nutrient content. Lucuma, a popular ingredient in South America, lends an additional burst of sweetness to this mix, while cashews and bananas create a rich, smooth texture for this breakfast treat.


  • 3 heaping Tablespoons ECO carob powder
  • 1/4 Cup Earth Circle Organics whole cashews
  • 2-3 Slices sliced bananas, frozen
  • 1 Tablespoon ECO Coconut Palm Sugar
  • About 1 Cups Almond Milk (to your desired consistency)
  • 1-2 Tablespoon ECO Lucuma Powder



  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or bullet to create your ideal consistency. Enjoy as breakfast, lunch or craving-killing snack!
