A traditional food of Native Americans, Mesquite Powder is made from collecting the ripened seed pods of the mesquite tree and grinding into a fine powder. Earth Circle Organics’ Mesquite Powder has a unique molasses flavor and can be  used in smoothies or incorporated into baked goods.

ECO Easy Vegan Caramel incorporates the molasses flavor of mesquite with the decadence of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and the light sweetness of pitted dates. A quality high speed food processor is ideal for getting a smooth finish for the sauce.


  • 2 Tablespoons
    ECO Mesquite Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons
    ECO Coconut Oil
  • 6-8
    Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Cashew or Almond Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Coconut Water


  1. Blend dates, melted coconut oil, mesquite powder and almond butter in a high speed food processor. While pulsing, slowly pour in coconut water until mixture is smooth. Use more or less coconut water to achieve desired consistency.

    This decadent treat can be drizzled over ice cream, baked into vegan desserts, or simply served as a dip with fruit slices.
