Cozy up on a cold night with this decadent hot chocolate made with clean, nutrient-dense ingredients.  ECO Overnight Hot Chocolate is made with cacao nibs that originate in Ecuador – home of of the finest cacao in the world.


  • 6 Tablespoons
    ECO Ecuador Cacao Nibs, ground
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    ECO Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 Cup
    Honey or preferred sweetener
  • 6 Cups


  1. Grind the Cacao Nibs.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth texture.

  3. Leave in a glass container overnight. This merges the flavors and softens Cacao Nibs further.

  4. Heat up in a saucepan to desired temperature and serve.
