Creamy Cashew Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ Cup
    ECO Organic Cashews, soaked for 1 hour
  • ¼ Cups
    White Onion, minced
  • 2 cloves
    Garlic, minced
  • ¼ Cups
    Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1
    Ripe Avocado
  • ¼ Cups
    Water
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Lime Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon
    ECO Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon
    White Pepper
  • Pinch
    of cayenne pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor or bullet until smooth. Use more or less water to achieve desired consistency. This cashew cheese is a perfect addition to Kale Chips, veggie sticks, crackers and more!
