Melt-In-Your-Mouth Dark Chocolate

Double Boiler or 2 Saucepans

An indulgent treat for the health conscious person, you can adjust the sweetness of this recipe to taste and add-in an endless number of ingredients that will work wonderfully.


  • 1/2 Cup
    ECO EV Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup
    ECO Ecuador Cacao Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup
    ECO Cacao Butter, grated


  1. Gently melt the Coconut Oil and Cacao Butter over medium-low heat.

  2. Stir Cacao Powder, Honey, and Vanilla Extract into melted Coconut Oil until well blended.

  3. Pour mixture into a candy mold or pliable tray.

  4. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
