Gently melt the Coconut Oil and Cacao Butter over medium-low heat.
Stir Cacao Powder, Honey, and Vanilla Extract into melted Coconut Oil until well blended.
Pour mixture into a candy mold or pliable tray.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
