Lettuce Wraps

In the mood for a healthy vegetarian lettuce wrap? Look no further than this unique take on traditional wraps, using all raw and healthy ingredients. This recipe is easy to make, and fun for everyone to wrap and relish!


  • 2 Tablespoons
    ECO Brazilian Honey
  • 1/2 Cup
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon
    minced Ginger
  • 1/2 Tablespoon
    red chili
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup
    Raw Almond Butter
  • Pinches
    of ECO Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • ½ Head
    Savoy Cabbage, shredded
  • ½ Cups
    ECO Hemp Seed
  • 1
    Shredded Carrot
  • 1 Ripe
    Mango, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup
    Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup
    Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1 Head
    of Butter Leaf Lettuce, full leafs gently removed


  1. To make the dressing, puree the honey, lemon juice, ginger, red chili, tamari and pinch of salt in a high speed blender. Add the almond butter and blend at low speed to combine.

  2. In a large bowl toss the shredded cabbage, hemp seeds, and carrots with the dressing.The stuffing of the lettuce wraps is immensely versatile. Incorporate or substitute your favorite veggies, including bell pepper, cucumber, celery, or even water chestnuts for an Asian flair.

  3. Fill the butter leaf lettuce cups with a generous dollop of the cabbage/dressing mix. Add a few pieces of the sliced mango, finishing with the chopped cilantro and basil on top. Fill leaf cups until the ingredients are gone. Enjoy as an appetizer, lunch or snack any time of day!
