Shelled Hemp Seeds are soft in texture and pair well with fruit, baked goods, smoothies and cereal. Sprinkle 2-4 tablespoons with bananas, apples, blueberries, or any other fruit. Sprinkle on yogurt for a delicious meal, or even on toast with almond or peanut butter.

Blend 2-4 tablespoons of Hemp Seeds into your favorite protein drink or smoothie. Mix them into oatmeal, granola, or hot cereal. Hemp Seeds also bake extremely well into cookies or cakes, and pair well with superfood and protein bars. You can also create Hemp Milk by blending hemp seeds with water and straining.
