We source from individual family farms and cooperatives, providing fair wages and promoting sustainable agriculture. Produced using a proprietary cold-process technique that yields an aromatic flavor unlike any other, our Balinese Cacao retains all of its natural enzymes and nutritional properties which can be compromised through more common methods of heat-processing.
