Giving Back

Earth Circle Organics is enthusiastic about giving back to our community and the communities of the world. We love to sponsor and support events and groups which align with our mission and vision. We’ve donated resources and products to causes such as cleaning up our local river beds or labeling GMO foods, and we support organizations such as the Special Olympics, Breast Cancer Fund, Awaken Visions, and Katharsis, Inc.

Let’s Share: ECO Helps Improve the Lives of Family Farmers in Paraguay

ECO Gives Back At Earth Circle Organics, we believe in giving back. We are proud supporters of the “Let’s Share” project. The purpose of the “Let’s Share” project is to improve the health and well being of farmers and their families by building new bathroom facilities. The bathrooms improve sanitation and provide hot showers. For every 300 tons of chia seed sold, a bathroom will be built for a family. To date, ECO has contributed 188,755 pounds towards this goal.

Here are some photos taken in August, 2016 showing the construction of the first bathroom for the Cabanas family in Naranjito, Paraguay:

Nepal Earthquake Relief

logo_homeWe are always dedicated to giving back, especially in emergency situations. We will be donating 5% of all Himalayan Culinary Salt sales to aid those affected by the devastating earthquake in Nepal on April 25, 2015. Earth Circle Organics is committing to this donation for the remainder of 2015 in order to help bring the relief and support this region needs.

Earth Circle Organics will be working with The Tibet Fund, which has established an Emergency Earthquake Relief Fund and is working to ensure that resources reach those most affected by the quake. We wish all of the people of Nepal and the surrounding communities a swift recovery throughout this trying time.

Annual River Clean Up

syrcl-logoEarth Circle Organics facilities are located in a beautiful area of the Northern California foothills and we value the opportunity to work in such a location. We are a proud sponsor of the South Yuba River Citizens League, a local organization dedicated to protecting our river beds and organizes an annual event dedicated to mobilizing the community to clean up the Yuba River and surrounding area.
